    Are all your roles within your business clearly defined? Can you identify the right fit for your company?
    We will spend time with your workforce to gain an understanding of each role and then document it in a full job description. This can identify the types of employees within your organisation creating a full picture of the workforce and the competencies that are required for each position. This exercise can also demonstrate whether employees are still working within their initial contract of employment or whether their role has changed exponentially and perhaps identify where there are skills gaps or training needs or whether new positions are evident. Complete job descriptions and person specifications also assist with the appraisal/performance review process as it provides the duties and competencies to be assessed against.
